Out of a Proclamacon dated 8^th Febr. 1641. From the State of Ireland, prizing S^r Phelim O-Neals head at 1000^L sterl. O Relies and others at 600^L and the rest of the principall Rebels at 400^l sterl. if they were brought in, before the 25^t of March thence following. w^ch made the Souldiers ready to be upon the search, though with little or no effect, so intire were the Confederates.
