Out of a Proclamacon dated 8th Febr. 1641. From the State of Ireland, prizing Sr Phelim O-Neals head at 1000L sterl. O Relies and others at 600L and the rest of the principall Rebels at 400l sterl. if they were brought in, before the 25t of March thence following. wch made the Souldiers ready to be upon the search, though with little or no effect, so intire were the Confederates.
