Description of a tour in Ireland between 1776 and 1778, providing a minutely detailed study of agriculture in rural Ireland during the 1770s. This copy contains unique drawings believed to be by Young himself, including a drawing of Powerscourt Waterfall, from which I. Taylor engraved the plate included in the trade edition. Also includes one printed plate, commonly found in the trade edition. In two volumes. |
