Fig. I / This Fragment was found in the Bog of Allen, not far from Holy-Cross: it is perfectly sound, and of a smooth even surface. It is of a greyish colour and very ponderous. The upper part of the Head was pretty entire, but below the sockets of the Eyes, was broken, or decayed. /Fig. 2 / This only seems a single Antler, though of so large a size. The surface was rough, and uneven, and the numerous Cells visible in the broken part, even larger than in the former. [pp. 6-7]
