The Abbey was anciently of the Order of S<sup>t</sup> Francis here are seen the ancient Vaults & Burial places of the Mac Namarras & the Molounys, and hither they are brought if they dye in the Kingdom to be interr’d with their Ancestors. <br>[…] <br>[p. 186] On the South side on y<sup>e</sup> Floor of the Abbatial Church of Quin-Barony is seen this monument. <br>[image of grave slab inscribed ‘THIS IS THE ANTIENT TUMBE OF RINENIA CDONOGH MNAMARRA’]<br>On the R<sup>t</sup> hand of the Altar at the East end of the Abby Church of Quin is seen this monument of black marble of the MOLOUNYS Family very ancient. <br/>Opposite to the last Monuments are seen the Remaines of that belonging to the ancient Family of the MACNAMARRAS.
