Out of a Proclamacon dated 8<sup>th</sup> Febr. 1641. From the State of Ireland, prizing S<sup>r</sup> Phelim O-Neals head at 1000<sup>L</sup> sterl. O Relies and others at 600<sup>L</sup> and the rest of the principall Rebels at 400<sup>l</sup> sterl. if they were brought in, before the 25<sup>t</sup> of March thence following. w<sup>ch</sup> made the Souldiers ready to be upon the search, though with little or no effect, so intire were the Confederates. <br>[Continues with list of rebels and details of rewards, possibly drawn from the text of the Proclamation provided by Edmund Borlase in <em>The history of the execrable Irish rebellion</em>, published the year before Dineley's visit to Ireland] <br>[p.286-287]
